Nazih Touma specialises in property and development transactions, as well as providing advice on the taxation implications of such transactions. He has acted for clients such as Local Governments and state-owned authorities in a wide range of planning, property and commercial acquisitions.
Nazih has frequently appeared in the Supreme Court of NSW, the NSW Court of Appeal, the NSW Land and Environmental Court and the Federal Court of Australia.
Nazih currently acts on behalf of a number of developers and recent transactions involving providing advice in relation to property development and construction throughout NSW.
Prior to establishing Lionheart Lawyers, Nazih was employed by the Attorney-General’s Department as an assistant to judges of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Court of Appeal. Thereafter, Nazih was employed by a leading national law firm, TressCox Lawyers, where he specialised in acting for and advising local government authorities in Sydney.
Nazih graduated with Honours in Law and Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
